Our White Battery Powered LED Motion-Activated Outdoor Security Light illuminates doors, steps, porches, decks, sheds and other hard to light areas without the installation cost of a professional electrician.

The White Battery Powered LED Motion-Activated Outdoor Security Light has a built-in motion sensor, which automatically turns on the light’s 5 super bright LEDs at night when movement of a heat source (such as people, animals or cars) is detected in the area. The sensor has a detection area within a 100 degree angle of about 25 feet for large objects such as people or vehicles,and about 10 to 15 feet for small objects like pets or other small animals.

The 5 super bright LEDs remain on while motion continues to be detected in the area and will remain on for 12 seconds after the last detected movement. The light’s built-in photo sensor insures that the light only turns on at night.

The Battery Powered LED Motion-Activated Outdoor Light requires 4 C cell batteries, sold below. The batteries typically last up to 1 year under normal use and the 5 super bright LEDs have an estimated life of 30,000 hours so they should never need changing. Note: You should install the Motion-Activated Outdoor Light at least 25 feet away from the street since passing cars might activate the light. The Motion-Activated Outdoor Light may function irregularly or not at all at temperatures near or below freezing (32 degrees F/0 degrees C). Normal operation will return when the temperature rises.
