Desk Top Grow Light

The table or Desk top Grow Light Intelligent Plant Light will help you grow beautiful orchids, blooming violets or herbs in the kitchen. It even tells you when your plant needs water.

The Desktop Intelligent Plant Grow Light has an automatic, computerized timer built into the controller that turns the light on and off automatically, simulating nature's clock...summer, fall, winter, spring. Just plug the power adapter into an electric wall socket, set the season once and the internal computer begins the daylight cycle. The plant thinks it’s outdoors and thrives.

The telescoping stem on the Desktop Intelligent Plant Grow Light is adjustable to accommodate plants up to 14" tall in a 5-1/2" pot. It also allows you to position the lamp closer or farther away from the plant to control the light intensity, so you can grow plants that need high, medium or low light. When the lamp is 2” away from the plant, it is receiving the equivalent of bright light. At 4” it is receiving medium lighting and at 6” the light is considered low.

The Intelligent Plant Grow Light uses a full spectrum 9-watt fluorescent lamp that emits a mixture of light waves that simulate the light of the sun. Plants respond to this solar light and grow rich green leaves, healthy stems and flowers.

The included soil moisture sensor will indicate when it is time to water the plant. A light will flash next to the words “water me” on the controller. The depth of the sensor rods can determine how often you should water your plant.

The base catches the excess water that drains through the plant after watering. This creates a humid micro-climate that is beneficial to the plant as the water evaporates. The pebbled base is designed to keep the plant above the water so that the roots will not rot. Accommodates up to a 14" tall plant in a 5-1/2" pot.
